Minimum occupancy in the treehouse Africa/room = 3 people – otherwise plus € 30.00 flatrate for under occupancy per person/night, whichever is less.
Minimum occupancy in the Neandertal treehouse/room = 4 people – otherwise plus € 30.00 flatrate for under occupancy per person/night, whichever is less.
Minimum occupancy in the small safari room = 2 people – otherwise plus € 30.00 flatrate for under occupancy per person/night, whichever is less.
Minimum occupancy in the middle safari room = 3 people – otherwise plus € 30.00 flatrate for under occupancy per person/night, whichever is less.
Minimum occupancy in the large safari room = 4 people – otherwise plus € 30.00 flatrate for under occupancy per person/night, whichever is less.

Our prices are all-inclusive prices (accommodation, breakfast and dinner, day and evening program, entry to Styrassic Park including all available attractions and Styrassic excursion tandem).
We reserve the right to change prices and programs!
For short-term bookings (up to 1 day before arrival), the guest must have completed the Check-In formalities on site by 4 p.m. at the latest on the planned day of arrival!
Guests who have made a deposit and do not arrive on the day of arrival, but only later, but within the reservation period, must inform us of this by e-mail stating the invoice number on the reserved day of arrival at the latest, otherwise the room will be booked by Styrassic Park without obligation to pay compensation can be assigned to someone else in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Terms of payment: Immediate payment of the total amount when making the reservation – when booking online, a 5% discount will be deducted from the total amount immediately!
Online bookers will receive a reservation confirmation by email. The booking is fixed with the immediate payment!
